Kim Viade
Director of Youth Services
Kim Viade is the Director of Youth Services, where she brings to MMCC her wealth of experiences and knowledge of positive youth development and operations. Over 25 year ago, Kim joined MMCC; currently, she manages a diverse portfolio with multiple streams of funding requirements in various in- school and community-based programs. Kim is instrumental in securing funding to expand MMCC’s youth services in scope and quality. Mrs. Viade is a youth advocate and brings to the youth development field a strong empathetic passion, especially for youth with special needs. Kim trains and manages her staff to provide young people with safe, enriching and hands-on experiences. Kim’s ability to stay connected to the community allows her to be in the forefront of identifying key partnerships, resources, and tools that build on the success of MMCC’s youth services. Kim Viade holds a BA in Science and Human Development
