Customer Service Certification Training
Youth ages 18–24 can take a FREE course in Customer Service & Sales Fundamentals led by an experienced and certified Instructor.

Upon completing the course, you will take the online certification exam. Once you pass, you will receive a nationally recognized certificate in Customer Service. This is a great opportunity to build your resume and increase your skills to get a job in just 4 sessions!
You may apply for ONE of these sessions:
- Session 1: 8/14, 8/15, 8/21, 8/22
- Session 2: 8/16, 8/17, 8/23, 8/24
- Session 3: 9/8, 9/15, 9/18, 9/19
Once you complete the course and obtain your certificate, you will be eligible for a free session with our Job Developers for job placement assistance as well as referrals to our other job readiness and training programs.
