Christopherlie Roger

Christopherlie Roger is a dedicated human services professional with extensive managerial experience in the non-profit sector. She excels in managing all aspects of organizational programming, operations, and regulatory compliance, showcasing exceptional supervisory and analytical skills.

Christopherlie started working for MMCC in August 2022, as a Program Director in our Family and Youth Services Department.  She was promoted to the position of Multi-Site Administrator one month later.  Christopherlie has keen foresight in approaching situations and has demonstrated the ability to effectively bridge people and resources.  She is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.

Christopherlie values education and shares the sentiment that knowledge is power.   She is a lifelong learner: she obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Philosophy Leadership and Management (MPhil) and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Management. Christopherlie is a part of the National Society of Leadership and Success and Golden Key International Honour Society.
